2 · Get matched
WORKORA scores candidates on a hybrid signal: 60% skill and delivery evidence from completed contracts, 40% semantic fit against your brief. You see why each match ranked where it did.
3 · Interview and agree scope
Schedule interviews inside WORKORA, over an external link or by phone. Internal hiring notes stay private to your team. Agreed scope becomes an order contract both sides e-sign.
4 · Fund escrow
Fixed-price work is funded before delivery starts. Funds are held by WORKORA and released only when you approve the delivery or a dispute is resolved.
5 · Deliver and get paid
Work runs against a checklist with revisions counted per package. On approval, payment is released and both sides leave a public review that feeds future ranking.

Direct answers
Does WORKORA charge to post a job or apply?
No. Posting contracts and sending proposals are free. WORKORA earns a marketplace fee on completed work, plus optional paid features such as Premium membership, promoted listings and paid interviews, all priced on the pricing page.
How is my payment protected?
Fixed-price contracts are funded into escrow before work starts. Money is only released when you approve the delivery, and disputes are reviewed by WORKORA while the funds stay held.
Can AI move money or approve work on my behalf?
No. AI can draft scope, rank matches and summarise deliveries, but every money movement, milestone release and hire decision requires explicit human confirmation.
Can I hire an agency instead of an individual?
Yes. Agencies on WORKORA are accountable as an entity: the owner signs the contract, assigns a project manager and covers absences internally.
