The idea
IT STARTED WITH A SIMPLE QUESTION.
“Why should finding the right person for an opportunity be so difficult?”
WORKORA was born from observing a simple but global problem. There are millions of talented people with valuable skills. There are also companies, entrepreneurs and individuals searching every day for people who can help them build, design, sell, develop, manage and grow.
Yet the two sides often struggle to find each other.
- Talent is fragmented across platforms.
- Jobs are somewhere else.
- Freelancers are somewhere else.
- Companies are somewhere else.
- Services are somewhere else.
- Professional networks are somewhere else.
The idea behind WORKORA was: what if all of this could exist in one intelligent global ecosystem?
One place where people don’t just search for work. They search for opportunity.
The inspiration
THE INSPIRATION
Abd El Rahman Amash comes from the world of business and entrepreneurship. Through business, one lesson became increasingly clear: companies don’t grow because of ideas alone. They grow because of people.
- The right developer.
- The right salesperson.
- The right designer.
- The right consultant.
- The right partner.
- The right team.
And sometimes the difference between an idea that remains an idea and a business that becomes real is simply finding the right person. That realization became part of the inspiration behind WORKORA.
The moment behind WORKORA
FROM A PROBLEM TO A PLATFORM.
The original idea was not to build another freelance website. It was to rethink how people and opportunities discover each other.
Instead of creating another isolated marketplace, the vision became larger — jobs, freelancers, services, companies, agencies, teams and projects connected through one ecosystem, and increasingly connected through artificial intelligence.
This became WORKORA.
“I don’t want WORKORA to simply help people find jobs. I want it to help people discover opportunities they may never have known existed.”
Why artificial intelligence?
DON’T SEARCH DATABASES.
DESCRIBE WHAT YOU NEED.
Traditional platforms often require users to understand filters, categories and complicated search systems. WORKORA’s vision is different: a user should be able to simply describe what they need — type it, or say it.
Example
“I need an Arabic-speaking video editor in Dubai who can start this week.”
WORKORA helps interpret that intent and connects the request with relevant opportunities, professionals, services and organizations available within the platform.

WHY WORKORA?
WORK
ORA
WORKORA
As brand philosophy — not as a claim about linguistic origin — WORKORA is built around three ideas: work, opportunity, and a global era of digital talent.
The brand represents a world where work is increasingly global, digital, flexible and connected.
Global vision
BUILT FROM DUBAI.
DESIGNED FOR THE WORLD.
WORKORA is being built with a global ambition from one of the world’s most international business environments. But WORKORA is not intended for one city, one country or one type of professional. The vision is global.
- A designer in Dubai.
- A developer in Cairo.
- A company in London.
- An agency in Milan.
- A startup in Singapore.
- A consultant in New York.
Opportunity should be able to move across borders. Talent already does.
What I believe
WHAT I BELIEVE
01
TALENT IS EVERYWHERE.
Great people are not limited to specific cities, companies or universities.
02
OPPORTUNITY SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE.
Technology should reduce the distance between ability and opportunity.
03
TRUST MATTERS.
A global professional marketplace must be built around reputation, transparency and accountability.
04
PEOPLE BUILD COMPANIES.
Technology can accelerate business. AI can improve discovery. But people ultimately create value.
Positioning
WORKORA IS NOT BEING BUILT TO BE “ANOTHER FREELANCE WEBSITE.”
The long-term vision is a professional opportunity ecosystem. One identity, multiple ways to participate.
A person can be
- A freelancer.
- A professional.
- A client.
- A team member.
- A founder.
An organization can be
- A company.
- An agency.
- A client.
- A service provider.
- An employer.
WORKORA should connect these relationships rather than forcing users into a single category.
The vision
ONE PLATFORM.
GLOBAL TALENT.
GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY.
The long-term ambition is to build an intelligent infrastructure where people and organizations can discover each other, collaborate, build professional reputations and create economic opportunities across borders.
A note from the founder
A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
“When I started thinking about WORKORA, I wasn’t thinking about building another website. I was thinking about a problem I had seen repeatedly in business: finding the right people is hard.
At the same time, incredibly talented people around the world struggle to reach the right opportunities.
I believe technology — and especially artificial intelligence — can dramatically reduce that distance.
My vision for WORKORA is simple: if you have talent, there should be a place that helps the world discover it. If you have an opportunity, there should be a place that helps you find the right person for it.
That place is what we are building. WORKORA.”
